Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the shipping package and affected item. Approved claims may be replaced or credited at our discretion.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order enters fulfillment. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins.
